Adapting to the ‘new normal’
Working from home is something I am used to doing as a small business owner.
But there are other distractions around the house now under the coronavirus lockdown...
My wife is a teacher and is working from home to prepare work for her class, finish their school reports and lots else besides.
And two of my grown-up kids are here too - one furloughed, the other after his first year of university was cut short.
Sometimes it has felt overwhelming with a lack of space and time to think clearly and work out what to do.
And the temptation has been to do the first thing that came to mind.
But to do the right thing, I have needed to move from being reactive to being proactive, finding fresh perspective, clarity and direction.
And that is what I find my clients are looking for, too.
For some, it's about thinking strategically to modify the services they provide.
For others, it's about how to run their business or team remotely.
And then for many, it's simply about adjusting to the challenges of working at home.
Taking time out with a coach provides a fantastic way to help you create the time and space you need to make the shift from being reactive to being proactive.
To help you adapt to this 'new normal' without worrying about the cost, I am offering 3 hours of free coaching which will bring you fresh perspective, clarity and direction, and the confidence to move forward.
